Frequently asked questions

Straightforward answers about our services, quotations and working in your garden. For advice about your own space, speak with our team.

Which areas do you cover?

We work in Mill Hill and surrounding North London areas. Send your postcode with your enquiry so we can confirm availability for your location.

How do I request a quotation?

Call 07525 534085, email m.mgardens@yahoo.co.uk or use our Contact page. Quotations are free and without obligation. Include your postcode, the work required and photographs if possible.

Can I arrange regular garden maintenance?

Yes. We offer regular garden maintenance as well as one-off tidy-ups. Tell us about your lawn, hedges and borders so we can discuss a suitable schedule and scope of work.

Do you take on one-off clearances?

Yes. We can discuss overgrown gardens, seasonal tidy-ups and site clearance. Share photographs and access details so the work and removal requirements can be assessed before a quotation.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Your name, postcode, approximate garden size, preferred timing and a brief description of the work. Let us know about narrow access or parking restrictions. You can send photos using WhatsApp.

Do you provide turfing and fencing?

Yes. We offer turfing, lawn improvements and fencing alongside garden maintenance and tree work. We will discuss your space, preferences and the preparation needed before agreeing the work.

How is the price worked out?

Every garden is different. The quotation depends on the size of the space, the work required, access, materials and waste handling. Contact us for a quotation tailored to your project.

Can I see examples of your work?

Visit Our Work for photographs from our existing project collection. Garden inspiration images are labelled separately and are not presented as completed customer projects.
